OUR STORY

We’ve been building strong relationships and delivering quality projects since we were founded in January 2010. As a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), the business is led by our Principal Partners, whose hands-on approach and shared experience shape everything we do.

The Partnership was formed by Graham Shreeves and Gary Welfare, who each spent over 25 years as Directors at their previous firm. They brought with them not just
technical expertise, but a clear vision for creating a company focused on trust, collaboration, and doing things the right way.

In 2022, Russell White joined the team, adding over 25 years of experience in Tier 1 main contracting. His knowledge and insight have further strengthened our ability to deliver across a wide range of projects.

Today, we’re proud that more than 85% of our work comes from repeat clients. For us, that says everything – it reflects the relationships we build, the trust we earn,
and the consistent quality we deliver on every project.
